Our team

We are physicians, clinicians, operators and leaders united by a simple belief: not every urgent medical problem needs to end in an emergency room.
We came together to build a better option — bringing exceptional medical care directly to our patients, treating more where they are, and helping them navigate to the right level of care when they need more.
It's emergency medicine reimagined around the patient: expert, compassionate, discreet and designed to deliver the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

Clinical & operations leadership

EMS Operations Manager
Leads day-to-day EMS operations — crews, vehicles, scheduling, and readiness — so a Stagecoach team is staffed, equipped, and moving the moment a call comes in.

Director of Advanced Practice Providers
Leads our advanced practice providers — hiring, credentialing, and clinical standards — so every physician assistant and nurse practitioner on a Stagecoach response meets the same bar.

Pediatric Medical Director
Leads clinical direction for Stagecoach Kids — pediatric protocols, training, and oversight of every child we care for at home.

Quality Improvement Officer
Owns clinical quality — chart review, case follow-up, and continuous improvement — so every Stagecoach response is measured against the standard we set.
